Please ensure you are aware of our full terms & conditions which can be found below:

All booking fees are non refundable. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will result in 100% fee of your total booking, due to the nature of our work it is very hard to fill cancelation slots at short notice.

All appointments are subject to a 50% non-refundable booking fee which is required at the time of booking to secure future appointments.

If you have not yet paid your booking fee/deposit to secure this appointment, please ensure you do so within 48 hours of making the booking to prevent your appointment from being cancelled.

All cancellations /amendments need to be done atleast 72 hours before your appointment, if you cancel all or part of your service within 72 hours of the appointment the original amount will be charged at the appointment.

Late arrivals (10 mins maximum) to your scheduled appointment will result in me being un-able to carry out your procedure and you being charged 100% of the full treatment value - acceptional circumstances depending.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% of your appointment value being charged.

Minors under the age of 16 are not permitted on our premises due to insurance requirements.

Please note I am based from home and I do have 3 cats and a dog (who will give cuddles of wanted) if you are allergic or do not like animals please let me know and I will ensure the door is closed ☺️

Your booking fee is verification that full information has been provided regarding our terms and conditions and that you accept these.
